Great app! Use this daily to keep up to date on all my bargains and love being able to see all the upsized cashbacks as well as creating alerts for specific deals. App is constantly being fixed for bugs and features being improved and added all the time.
Which cashback site pays the most today?
OzPerks lines up ShopBack, TopCashback and Kick Cashback side by side for every store, so you can see who pays the most before you click through. It keeps a history of each rate, pings you when a store hits your target, and pulls in OzBargain deals with the cashback already worked out.
Three steps, then it mostly runs itself
No account, no linking your cashback logins. You tell OzPerks which stores you care about and it does the checking.
-
Pick your stores
On first open, choose the retailers you actually shop at. Amazon, Chemist Warehouse, JB Hi-Fi, whatever yours are. They sit at the top of your Hub.
-
See every rate side by side
Each store shows the current rate from every site that lists it, with the highest one marked. Storewide and category rates are both there, so a 15% rate on hotels isn't mistaken for a 15% rate on everything.
-
Set an alert and wait for the upsize
Not buying today? Set the rate you'd be happy with. When any site lists the store at that rate or better, you get a push notification. Same for new OzBargain deals on stores you follow.
What it actually looks like
Why bother comparing?
Every cashback site negotiates its own commission with each retailer and passes on a different slice of it. On top of that, each one runs its own short upsized promotions. The result is that the same store can pay 2% on one site and 10% on another in the same week, and which site is best keeps changing.
Most people have one favourite site and never look at the others. That is fine for small purchases. For a laptop, a flight or a hotel, the gap between the best and the usual rate can be the price of dinner out.
OzPerks doesn't replace your cashback accounts. You still click through and shop via whichever provider you choose, and the cashback lands there as normal. OzPerks just makes sure you picked the right one.
A $600 flight, three sites
| Site | Rate | You get back |
|---|---|---|
| Your usual site | 3% | $18 |
| Second site | 5% | $30 |
| Upsized this week | 9% | $54 |
| Illustrative numbers. Real rates change daily, which is rather the point. | ||
What people say in the app stores
Copied as written from public Google Play and App Store reviews.
Best app for Ozbargain, cashback and churning features! App developer is super responsive to feedback and aims to provide the best experience for the users. Highly recommended!
I love the app. I love the way you can set up alerts when your favourite brands have big cash back offers. Great, handy app
Previously used Aussie Deals for years and this is a great improvement! Highly recommend.
Much more reliable, faster and better then the official OzBargin app
It's very swift and looks to be very polished. Complete with Cashback rate, alert, search etc.
As of October 2026: 3,580 downloads, about 500 people opening the app each day, rated 4.7 on Google Play (35 reviews) and 4.6 on the App Store (8 ratings).
Questions people ask
Which cashback sites does OzPerks compare?
ShopBack, TopCashback and Kick Cashback. If you're a ShopBack Plus member you can switch on Plus rates in the settings so the comparison matches what you'd actually earn.
Is OzPerks free?
Yes. It's free to download on iOS and Android and you don't need an account. There's an optional premium upgrade inside the app for people who want extras, but comparing rates and setting alerts works without it.
Is OzPerks run by ShopBack, TopCashback or OzBargain?
No. OzPerks is an independent app made by one developer in Australia. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any cashback provider or OzBargain. It reads publicly listed rates and deals and shows them side by side.
Do I still earn cashback through the provider?
Yes. OzPerks only tells you who pays the most. You still click through and shop via the cashback provider as normal, and the cashback lands in that provider's account.
How do cashback alerts work?
Pick a store and the rate you're waiting for. When any of the compared sites lists that store at or above your target, OzPerks sends a push notification. You can also get alerts for new OzBargain deals from stores you follow.
Why do cashback rates differ between sites for the same store?
Each cashback site negotiates its own commission with each retailer and passes on a different share, and each runs its own short-term upsized promotions. So the best site for a given store changes from week to week, which is why checking before you buy pays off.
A note from the person who made it
Started in 2025, I built OzPerks because I was tired of opening three cashback apps and OzBargain every time I wanted to buy something, and still not being sure I'd picked the best rate. If something's wrong, or a store or provider you use is missing, tell me at hello@ozperks.com.au.
